In the Baby Bizzie Builder subscription there is a monthly limit of 8 requests. However, many people choose to upgrade to The Bizzie Builder once they get started.

With The Bizzie Builder, you’re able to submit as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be answered one at a time.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

AskBizzie will try to give the most complete answer possible. In the event we recommend an opinion from an Attorney, we will provide a full disclosure in the response advising Attorney assistance as well as try to include “common” situations that may be similar or a few key questions and/or ideas to clarify your conversation with an Attorney.

We understand you may not have enough questions to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Pause periods are based on 15 day cycles. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 11 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have a 15 day cycle of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

AskBizzie is flexible in how you submit questions and requests. The most common way is submitting via email at [email protected]. We can also accept questions and requests via Trello. Once received AskBizzie will send you instructions to join Trello and your future activity and status will be in your Trello Board.

Absolutely! Ask Bizzie does not accept questions or requests that could involve criminal activity and/or be best suited for an Attorney’s opinion. In the case of an Attorney opinion, we will reply with that recommendation and some key points to engaging with your attorney to save you time and money! Everything we do is honest, ethical and above board. We’d prefer you operate that way as well.

That is just fine! If you can submit and resolve your question/request in the first half of the month, you can place your subscription on pause and have a 15 day window to use at a later date. There is no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Due to the time and resource committment dedicated to answering your questions and requests, there will be no refunds issued.
